What "sale" and "sharing" mean

Under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, a "sale" is disclosing personal information to another business for money or other valuable consideration. "Sharing" is disclosing personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising, meaning ads based on your activity across different websites.

What may be shared, and with whom

When you browse our site, cookies may send Google Ads and Google Analytics information such as your IP address, device and browser details, and the pages you view. These are the only parties that receive data in a way that may count as sharing. We never share your name, email address, shipping address or payment information for advertising.

Service providers are different

Partners that help us run the store, such as PayPal for payments, our email provider, shipping carriers, DigitalOcean Spaces for file storage, OpenAI for on-site product search and Telegram for staff order notifications, process data only on our behalf. Disclosures to them are not a sale or sharing.

How to opt out

You do not need an account, and we will not ask you to verify your identity to opt out. We will only decline a request if we have a good-faith, documented reason to believe it is fraudulent, and if so we will tell you why.

What happens next

We act on your opt-out request within 15 business days and notify the parties that received your information to stop selling or sharing it.

Authorized agents

Someone else can submit an opt-out request for you if they have your signed written permission to act on your behalf.

Global Privacy Control

Our website does not currently process Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals. To opt out, please email us or use the form above.

After you opt out

We will not ask you to opt back in for at least 12 months after you opt out.

Consumers under 16

We do not sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 without prior consent. Consumers aged 13 to 15 may give consent themselves; consumers under 13 need a parent's or guardian's consent. Our website is meant for adult shoppers and is not directed at children.

Sensitive personal information

We do not collect sensitive personal information, so there is no need for a "Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information" link.

Your other privacy rights
