Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging with all tags attached, and every return must be approved by our support team before you send it back. Personalized or custom-made items, gift cards, digital products, personal care or hygiene products, final sale or clearance items (if any) and perishable goods cannot be returned.
